Member Services

A regular share/savings account is the basic, initial account you open to begin your membership in the credit union. There is a $2.00 membership fee and a minimum deposit of $25.00 to open this account. This $25.00 must remain in your account at all times in order to continue your membership.

Who can join? 

The field of membership of West Florida Medical Federal Credit Union comprises of the following with a common bond:
 
Employees, doctors, medical staff, and other staff members of the following:

1. West Florida Hospital, including
• West Florida Rehabilitation Institute
• The Pavilion            
2. The Medical Center Clinic
3. Twin Cities Hospital, Niceville, Florida
4. North Okaloosa Medical Center, Crestview, Florida
5. Volunteers who work at the above locations under the supervision of the hospital and clinic staff
6. Employees of Crestview Nursing and Convalescent Home
7. Members in good standing of "H2U" - Health, Happiness, You" (formerly Senior Friends)
8. Groups of persons with occupational common bonds, located within 25 miles of the credit union (contact the credit union for details).
